Each registration allows authors to submit a maximum of three papers.

Registration for APEGA 2027 conference includes:

• Conference documentation and attendance at all sessions
• Refreshments during coffee break (30 September and 1 October)
• Lunches (30 September and 1 October)
• Gala dinner (1 October)
• Cultural visits (2 October)
• Publication in the digital conference Proceedings with ISBN and DOI, edited by the Publications Service of the University of Burgos
• Certificate of attendance
• Certificate of presentation

registration fees

• Early bird: 280 € (until 31 May 2027)
• Early bird WITHOUT GALA DINNER: 220 € (until 31 May 2027)
• Regular registration: 350 € (from 1 June 2027 until 6 September 2027)
• Regular registration WITHOUT GALA DINNER: 290 € (from 1 June 2027 until 6 September 2027)
• Student registration (undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students): 150 € (until 6 September 2027)
  Student registration does not include the gala dinner. Proof of student enrolment must be provided upon registration.
• Accompanying person registration: 150 € (until 6 September 2027)
  Accompanying person registration includes coffee break refreshments, lunches, gala dinner and cultural visits.
• Edigráfica / Juan Manuel Raya Awwards registration for NON-register participants in the XVIII APEGA 2027 Conference: 80 €
