Early Registration

Regular Registration
- Date: from September 6, 2025 to November 1, 2025
- Cost: 300 €
Students
- Date: until November 1, 2025
- Cost: 0 €*
* Student registration is free, excluding meals and dinner. Upon registering, students must provide proof of enrollment.
For each in-person registration, the following is included:
- Documentation and access to the congress sessions
- Coffee breaks (November 13 and 14)
- Working lunch (November 13 and 14)
- Gala dinner (November 13)
- Publication in the EDIFICATE 2025 proceedings book, edited by the Servicio de Publicaciones of the Universidad de Burgos, with ISBN and in digital format
- Certificate of attendance
- Certificate of communication presentation
Registration Process
Registration will be done through the following link:

The link will require you to create a user account to register for the congress, make the payment, request an invoice, and later download the certificate of attendance and communication presentation, if applicable. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If choosing the latter, the payment receipt must be attached to the registration request.
