Submission of Communications
The official languages of the congress are English and Spanish.
Abstracts must be submitted in both English and Spanish, while communications can be presented in either of the two languages of the authors' choice.
The length of communication must be a minimum of 5 pages and a maximum of 10 pages.
The complete communication must be submitted for the review and acceptance of papers.
A maximum of 2 communications per registration is allowed.
After each communication is reviewed through a blind peer review process, its acceptance may be conditional on a series of proposed improvements, which must be considered for final acceptance.
All accepted communications, submitted on time and following the specified guidelines in the provided template, will be published by the Servicio de Publicaciones of the Universidad de Burgos in the congress proceedings book.
Along with the communication, a completed author rights transfer document must be submitted for the communication to be published in the congress proceedings book.
Communications can be defended either through an oral presentation or a poster.

The documents must follow the format provided in the templates below:
Oral Presentations
The oral presentations can be made in either English or Spanish, with a maximum duration of 8 minutes.
The presentation can be submitted in advance via email to edificate2025@ubu.es or delivered in person at the congress.
The presenter should arrive in the room 10 minutes before the session starts to receive the necessary instructions and verify that the presentation is working correctly.

Posters
Posters may be submitted in either English or Spanish.
A graphic composition must be presented in A1 format (594 x 841 mm), arranged vertically, following the specifications outlined in the provided template.
The selected posters will be displayed at the venue during the congress.
Authors should place their posters, already printed on paper, in the designated area before the congress begins.
