TYPES OF PARTICIPATION

You may take part in the Congress in different ways. Below are the registration fees for each type of participation.

FULL REGISTRATION

Reduced registration fee €100 (until 31 July, thereafter €200)

Includes:

  • Submission of 1 paper or poster
  • Submission of 1 book chapter (Dykinson Publishing House)
  • Welcome cocktail
  • 2 coffee breaks

REGISTRATION WITH 2 PAPERS

Reduced registration fee €50 (until 31 July, thereafter €100) 

Includes:

  • Submission of up to 2 papers or posters
  • Welcome cocktail
  • 2 coffee breaks

REGISTRATION WITH 1 PAPER

Reduced registration fee €25 (until 31 July, thereafter €50)

Includes:

  • Submission of 1 oral presentation or poster
  • Welcome cocktail
  • 2 coffee breaks

BASIC REGISTRATION

Reduced registration €10 (until 31 July, thereafter €20)

Includes:

  • Attendance at the conference only
  • In-person or online participation
  • Does not include submission of papers or book chapters
  • Welcome cocktail
  • 2 coffee breaks

🎓 Registration funded by the University of Burgos: Students of the University of Burgos (UBU), people with Cerebral Palsy and their families

Reduced registration €0 (until 31 July, thereafter €10)

Includes:

  • Mandatory in-person participation
  • For students, it will be necessary to provide the UBU institutional email address during the registration process.
  • Welcome cocktail
  • 2 coffee breaks
  • Submission of 1 oral presentation or poster
  • Award of 1 ECTS credit (elective) (requires registration + submission of a conference abstract by 25 October 2026)
  • Welcome drinks
  • 2 coffee breaks

This conference is organized thanks to the registration fees and the collaboration and financial support of various organizations and associations committed to cerebral palsy. All funds raised will be used exclusively to cover the expenses necessary for the organization of the conference. Once the conference has concluded, any financial surplus will be donated to the Burgos Cerebral Palsy Association (APACE). In this way, participation in the conference directly contributes to supporting and strengthening the associative movement and to improving the quality of life of people with cerebral palsy.
