The XIV Meeting of the Condensed Matter Physics Division (GEFES 2027) will be held in Burgos from January 19 to 22, 2027, at the Escuela Politécnica Superior of the University of Burgos. The Condensed Matter Physics Division (DFMC–GEFES) is part of the Spanish Royal Society of Physics and is devoted to the broad field of condensed matter physics. This biennial meeting provides an excellent framework for exchanging ideas and discussing recent advances.

Activities will begin on the afternoon of January 19. The scientific program will include keynote and invited talks, contributed oral presentations, and poster sessions, with a strong emphasis on fostering interaction among participants. As a new feature of this edition, dedicated poster sessions will be organized to further enhance discussion, and one afternoon will include parallel sessions.

The meeting is intended to be fully inclusive of the field, welcoming contributions from all areas of condensed matter physics and encouraging cross-disciplinary exchange.
